Join us each and every Thursday from 5-9pm through March for steamin' hot bowls of gourmet ramen, brought to you by Winston-Salem's first, best, and original Ramen Noodle Pop-Up Restaurant at Spring House!

Our White Tiger Ramen Pop-Up Restaurant began in 2015, originally dubbed "Umami Tsunami" and was inspired by a trip to Japan that Chef Timothy Grandinetti had made a decade prior.  While part of a collaboration between the American Culinary Federation and the U.S. Navy to facilitate culinary training in Japan for the Navy and Japanese culinarians, Chef Grandinetti completed a stage at the Renaissance Tokyo Ginza Hotel, and took many notes about Japanese cuisine, technique, and culture during his extended visit to the country of Japan.

When Chef Grandinetti rediscovered all of his notes from Japan, he was overwhelmingly inspired to create something unique, flavorful, and bold to showcase through the winter months -- and that was when our Ramen Noodle vision was born.

In 2021, Chef will be featuring the top favorites from Ramen Night's in years past, such as the Japanese Fried Chicken Steamed Buns, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Togarashi Shrimp Tempura, while also bringing on our all-NEW Bento Boxes, a special Ramen takeaway box which includes a main course, jasmine rice, vermicelli salad and Asian-inspired pickles.
