Spring House Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar is a neighborhood gathering place where everyone feels welcome.

Our restaurant & event venue opened in April 2012 in the former Bahnson House, a gracious 1920 residence in downtown
Winston-Salem listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Spring House's Founder, Lynette Matthews-Murphy lovingly oversaw every detail and restored the home back to the grandeur befitting its place in Winston-Salem’s vibrant history. Under the leadership of award-winning Chef Timothy Grandinetti, the culinary team creates

Southern-style deliciousness ‘in cadence with Mother Nature’,

a philosophy that stems from Chef Grandinetti’s made from scratch, inventive and seasonally-inspired dishes sourced from local producers.

Join us in one of our many dining rooms throughout the house or on our garden patio for dinner or simply stop by for a cocktail and appetizer in our cozy Library Bar, where you’ll find a fresh focus on craft cocktails,

wine and American craft-brewed beers.
